This agreement outlines the terms under which Alpine Apex, ABN: 99757900168, and its lead tuner, Kai Xaoc, offer ECU tuning services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

To secure a tuning appointment, a non-refundable booking fee of $150.00 AUD is required, payable to Kai Xaoc via PAYID: 0410 068 192. This fee is deducted from the final tuning charge. Please note that this booking fee is non-refundable once the tuner has arrived, regardless of whether the vehicle can be tuned or not. The booking will only be confirmed once payment has been received by Alpine Apex.

The pre-discussed quoted price (agreed upon via chat, SMS, phone, Facebook, TikTok, Messenger, or any other communication) is payable after the tune is completed, regardless of whether the client chooses to keep the tune or return the vehicle to stock. This fee covers the time, expertise, and resources invested in custom tuning or downloaded maps.

If the customer later requests to revert to the stock map or modify the tuning, a minimum fee of $250 AUD (payable in advance) will apply for the additional service.

By requesting, scheduling, or facilitating any tuning service with Alpine Apex or Kai Xaoc—including connecting any device to your vehicle’s ECU—you accept these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, discontinue use of our services immediately.

Our tuners employ a safe, load-based strategy with modern techniques to enhance vehicle performance while preserving engine integrity. These practices adhere to standards established by leading tuning firms in Europe. Modifying a vehicle’s ECU carries inherent risks, and by proceeding, you accept all risks associated with these modifications. Alpine Apex and Kai Xaoc are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may occur.

As far as we are aware, these tuned vehicles are intended for off-road or track purposes only. We are not liable for any legal issues, fines, or penalties resulting from the use of a tuned vehicle on public roads. While we strive to protect your vehicle during tuning, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and you bear full responsibility for the results of any ECU modifications.

All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your tuning complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Alpine Apex and Kai Xaoc are not liable for any legal issues stemming from non-compliance.

You may refuse or discontinue services at any time. Once modifications begin, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Alpine Apex operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

This document represents the complete understanding between you and Alpine Apex regarding ECU tuning services and supersedes any prior agreements.

If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that part is severed, and the remainder remains effective. By proceeding with our tuning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above. If for any reason, these terms are not upheld in court, you still agree to assume all risks and responsibilities for the outcomes.
